2026 Class Preference Forms

Please click on your current class age group below to complete your 2026 class preference form BY NOV 23rd.

2026 positions are allocated in order of return of preference form. Positions are not guaranteed and depend on vacancies. Some gymnast may be waitlisted where classes are at capacity.
Please select the option on your relevant form if you will not be retuning to DGC in 2026.
Late forms or gymnast without a preference form will not be allocated to a class for 2026.

Current 1-3y.o Classes (will NOT be attending 3y.o kinder in 2026)
Current 1-3y.o Classes (attending 3y.o kinder in 2026 and 4y.o kinder in 2027)
Current 3.y.o Kinder Classes (4y.o kinder in 2026)
Current 4y.o Kinder Classes (prep in 2026)

While we do our best to accommodate day requests/preferences for our MiniGems (after school) program is extremely full and we can not guarantee a vacancy in a class or enrolment in 2026, enrolment depends on vacancies.

If there are no vacancies on your selected day/s gymnast will be placed on a priority waiting list. Gymnasts on the priority waiting list will be the first to receive class offers upon a position in the class opening up.
