Gymnasts in GemStar and Squads will participate in TWO SHOWS (both of these shows are identical and run back to back to allow for all families to attend and view). Spectators can purchase tickets to view the show for Show 1 or Show 2.

Gymnasts will have a dress rehearsal immediately prior to each show to familiarise themselves with the stage before performing in the shows.

SHOW & ARRIVAL/PICK UP TIMES

GYMNAST ARRIVAL- 8:45am

SHOW 1- 10:30am-12:30pm

SHOW 2- 1:30pm-3:30pm

GYMNAST PICK UP- 3:30pm

Please note gymnasts in squads and GemStar will stay back stage immediately after show 1 and be able to eat lunch during this time, they will not be able to leave the backstage area in this break.

LOCATION
The Spectacular is held at Langwarrin Performing Arts Centre (80 Warrandyte Road, Langwarrin).

WHAT TO BRING-
Gymnasts in squads and GemStar will need to bring a packed lunch/snacks along with a water bottle all in a named plastic/paper bag. Please NO nuts, dairy or hot food due to allergies. These gymnasts will have a lunch break between 12:30pm and 1:30pm. This will occur backstage. Please no iPads or mobile devices, backstages activities will be provided for the gymnasts.

Gymnasts will have a small amount of face paint applied on the day.

NON-ATTENDANCE-
While strongly encourage all gymnast to participate in this fun event in the circumstance your gymnast will not be attending, please notify us email or sms BY OCT 5th for performance/numbers planning purposes.

TICKETS
Spectator tickets are $29.00 and are available online by clicking the button below. Please note tickets will sell out we encourage you to make purchases as early as possible, DGC will not have the ability to release more. Seating is not allocated and due to venue restrictions, we cannot allow children to sit on laps.

All tickets are subject to availability and must be pre-purchased, no refunds will be provided for nonattendance.
Tickets will be automatically generated and will be required to be shown upon entry.

SPECTATORS-
We suggest spectators arriving 15 mins early to your show time to ensure your seated for the beginning of the show.
Plenty of parking is located at Elisabeth Murdoch College, please ensure you enter through EMC and not Langwarrin Primary.
A sausage sizzle and canteen will be located at the entry to the centre.
